Hal Adams, co-founder of AviaGlobal Group, LLC, was recognized by RTCA for his SC-241 working group leadership in the development of DO-388, “Guidance Document on Aircraft Cleaning and Disinfection”

This Special Committee, working jointly with EUROCAE WG-121, developed a worldwide aircraft cleaning guidance document to inform airlines, aircraft owners and operators, maintenance facilities and aircraft servicing companies regarding best practices for providing a safe environment for passengers and crew members.

Adams’ Working Group developed guidance for non-chemical means of sanitizing surfaces and enclosed environments. Adams leadership or the group included his subject mater expertise in the area of ionic disinfection methodology.
